About
Tina Smith

I am excited to share this moment with you. My life has been and will continue to be abundant with learning paths. As I facilitated my stepping stones through a multitude of twists and turns, many roles were experienced including daughter, sister, friend, aunt, girlfriend, wife, mom, ex-wife, company career woman and entrepreneur. All of these roles have led me to this moment and the opportunity to share my true essence with you. That is what this site is all about radiating in the experience of life, discovering your true essence and sharing it with others.
Through these experiences I discovered that my strength is helping others find theirs. My professional path consists of more than 20 years in Human Resources, Training and Development and 12 years specifically in Performance Improvement, Quality and Process Improvement and Organizational Development. My skills and experience with interpersonal relations, team development, accelerated learning and facilitation provide a range of knowledge to assist others in the discovery and achievement of their chosen path. Along the way I discovered that my unique ability to hear through the “story”, isolate critical points and illuminate them enabled others to find their own truth. In essence I become a mirror to reflect important ssues that had remained unseen and unheard until now.
I am your partner in the next phase of your learning path.
You are invited to be an active partner in the creation of an environment where it is safe to feel your emotions and to discover the Divine essence of your true self. You can learn how to tap into your true essence and create the world you desire.
