Yoga – It Does a Body Good

Stttrreeetch, oh yea.. doesn’t that feel good. Go ahead, point your toe, you can do it just sitting there at your computer… point and flex, point and flex. I spend so much time on everything else… ok switch feet, point your toe, and flex, point and flex… that I forget to find time for me. I recently made a new friend who happens to be a yoga instructor. Yes, I created, this. OK switch again, point and flex… If you haven’t been to a yoga class lately, or ever, now is a good time to dive in. At home with a video or at your local gym with a group. Yoga does more for your body, mind and soul in one session than… I don’t know, I am not an exercise expert. Switch feet, point and flex, point and flex… What I do know is that I have not been to a yoga class in over a year.. ok, more than a year. I went to a class today. My body says… Hello out there, THANK YOU. (and I thank my friend!)
So, go find a local yoga studio, try several, find the right fit for you. Then dive in. and remember this:
